Returns & Refunds Policy

Khartye Promotions Enterprise supplies corporate gifts, apparel, and branded promotional products. Because our products are often customized, we follow strict quality and return standards to ensure fairness, accuracy, and consistency for all clients.

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    We accept returns only under the following conditions:
    • Items must be unbranded, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
    • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
    • Products must be in a condition suitable for resale.
    Branded, printed, engraved, embroidered, or otherwise customized items cannot be returned, except where a confirmed manufacturing defect exists.
  2. Manufacturing Defects
    If a product has a defect, the following process applies:
    • The item will undergo a formal quality assessment.
    • If the defect is confirmed, the product will be replaced or credited.
    • If the item passes quality inspection, no refund or replacement can be issued.
  3. Incorrect Items or Short Deliveries
    All shortages, incorrect items, or damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
    Reports submitted after this period may not qualify for review.
  4. Branding and Artwork
    Branding begins only after artwork approval.
    • Errors caused by incorrect or incomplete artwork approval cannot be refunded or replaced.
    • If branding is applied incorrectly based on the approved artwork, the item will be replaced or credited.
  5. Refund Processing
    Refunds are issued only after the returned item has passed inspection.
    Refunds may be issued as:
    • Store credit, or
    • EFT refund
    Processing may take 7–14 working days after approval.
  6. Order Cancellations
    Orders may be cancelled only before production or branding begins.
    Once branding or processing has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
  7. Non Returnable Items
    The following items cannot be returned:
    • Branded or customized products
    • Used or damaged items
    • Items not in original packaging
    • Clearance or end of range items
    • Items that fail quality inspection

    • Reason for return
