- “Branding” refers to printing, embroidery, engraving, or any customization applied to products.
- “Order” refers to any confirmed purchase, whether branded or unbranded.
2. Quotations
- Quotations are valid for 48 hours unless otherwise stated.
- Pricing may change based on stock availability, exchange rates, or supplier adjustments.
- Quotations exclude delivery fees unless specified.
3. Orders & Payment
- Orders are processed only after full payment is received.
- Branding begins only after written artwork approval from the client.
- Payments are non‑refundable once production or branding has started.
- Stock can only be reserved after payment reflects.
4. Artwork & Branding Approval
- Clients must review and approve artwork layouts before branding begins.
- Approval confirms that all spelling, colours, placements, and details are correct.
- Errors resulting from incorrect client approval cannot be refunded or replaced.
- Branding timelines depend on the method, quantity, and production queue.
5. Product Images & Samples
- Product images on our website or catalogues are for reference only.
- Colours may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing batches.
- Samples may be requested at an additional cost and are non‑returnable.
6. Stock Availability
- Stock is allocated on a first‑paid, first‑served basis.
- If stock becomes unavailable after payment, the client may choose an alternative product or request a credit.
7. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on courier schedules, branding requirements, and location.
- Delivery fees are charged separately unless otherwise stated.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
- Risk transfers to the client once the order is handed to the courier.

8. Returns & Refunds
- Only unbranded, unused, undamaged items in original packaging may be returned.
- Branded or customized items are non‑returnable, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.
- All shortages, damages, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval.
- Refunds may take 7–14 working days to process.

9. Cancellations

- Once branding has started, cancellations are not permitted.

10. Pricing & Changes

- Khartye Promotions Enterprise reserves the right to update product pricing at any time.
11. Liability
- Khartye Promotions Enterprise is not liable for delays caused by couriers, load shedding, supplier backlogs, or circumstances beyond our control.
- We are not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect artwork approval or incorrect delivery information provided by the client.
12. Intellectual Property
- All artwork, designs, and branding layouts created by Khartye Promotions Enterprise remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Clients must ensure they have the legal right to use any logos or artwork submitted for branding.
13. Privacy & Data Protection
- Client information is used solely for order processing, communication, and delivery.
- Personal information is not shared with third parties except where required for courier or production purposes.
